Information for our guests on the current situation.
In order to contain the further spread of the coronavirus, the Swiss Federal Council declared on 16 March to 19 April 2020 an "extraordinary situation" for the whole of Switzerland.
As a result, numerous tourist facilities are currently closed, namely ski resorts, spas, museums, hotels, restaurants, entertainment venues and retail outlets, etc. Events are also largely cancelled. Food shops and pharmacies are among the exceptions. If you have any questions about booked accommodation, please contact your host directly.
Please note that the public authorities strongly urge the population to stay at home and to keep mobility to a minimum, i.e. to leave the house only for urgent errands. There are also restrictions on entering Switzerland from abroad. We thank you for complying with these rules of conduct for the benefit of our entire society.
Our guest information offices throughout the region are also affected by these restrictions. Telephone and written enquiries will continue to be handled by our Home Office staff during regular office hours. You can reach us by phone on +41 81 861 88 00 and by e-mail at email@example.com.
We very much regret these circumstances and look forward to seeing you again soon as the situation has eased!
Grazcha fich - thank you for your understanding.
