Are you looking for variety in running? Do you fancy running against a marvellous mountain backdrop on flowing trails? This three-day camp offers an introduction to trail running under expert guidance in small groups.

Run, learn, marvel

All this awaits you during the running weekend between the larch forests of the Lower Engadine in the immediate vicinity of the Swiss National Park. The professional management of Swiss Trailrunning Scuol - Engadin and the small group setting guarantee a steep learning curve in a friendly atmosphere. In addition to learning the technique for running in the terrain and simple, varied mountain running tours, you can also expect input on strengthening and recovery in the Functional Gym ORIGYM. You will also take home valuable knowledge about training planning, equipment and nutrition from the course. Enjoy the breathtaking view of the Silvretta mountain group after ascents to alpine huts and then dance agilely back down into the valley on the downhill. This is the perfect way to get started with trail running!

Organisational details

  • The Engadin Trailrunning Days for beginners take place from 16 to 18 August.

  • Additional nights can be booked as required. Our guest information desk will be happy to help you.

  • The camp can also be booked without a hotel. Please contact us for this.

  • The camp is organised with a minimum of four participants. You will be informed 15 days before the event.

  • Initial experience in running and a basic level of fitness to tackle 600-800 metres of altitude are required. The programme is therefore aimed at people with running level F1.
